I am very happy with this product. It does what it claims to do. I did find I got full faster, wasn’t hungry as often. I didn’t find that it did much to my energy levels. I haven’t experienced any jittery ness or any other adverse effects. You can’t really tell you are on it which is nice! Highly recommend. Been on this for about a month. My eating hasn’t been super tight, but I have kept up with my workouts. Will eat better this month!
